WELCOME TO NORWICH DRAGONS HOCKEY CLUB

Norwich Dragons Hockey Club is back in Norwich, where we belong!!

In June 2011 we became a Norwich City Centre Hockey Club again, after three seasons of being homeless, following the closure of Pinebanks.

Our new home (TCH Dragon's Den) is based on land leased from the Hewett School and is accessed via the Goals Soccer Centre entrance on Hall Road (see map below).

Training at the TCH Dragons' Den

Adult Team Skills Training on the Astro:
Ladies: Tuesdays 19.15 - 21.00 
Men: Thursdays 19.30 - 21.00

Young Dragon Skills Training on the Astro:**
Boy's Development (age 12-18): Thursdays 18.30 - 19.45
Girl's Development (age 12-18): Fridays 18.15 - 19.30
Under 10s & 12s: Tuesdays 18.15 - 19.30 (during term time only)
Under 8s: Sunday 10.00 - 11.00 (during term time only)

**Since our move back to the centre of Norwich, we have experienced a large influx of Young Dragons to the Club! So much so that we have been forced to introduce a waiting list system for membership requests, at all age groups to maintain the quality of our coaching.  See the Young Dragons page for more details.

Consortium
The three founder members of the Central Norwich Hockey Consortium (Town Close School, Hewett School and Norwich Dragons Hockey Club) have provided land, funding and project management expertise to transform a derelict cinder running track into a state of the art hockey pitch, with planning permission for a second pitch already secured.

Teams
We currently have 4 women's and 3 men's teams playing at various levels from the Norfolk League to teams in the East league and have developed plans to expand the number of teams in the coming seasons. We also have an ever-growing Young Dragons section consisting of under 8s, under 10s and under 12s as well as Development Teams (12-15 years) for both boys and girls.

Whatever your age or ability, there will be a warm welcome waiting for you!
